Forex:
it is the acronym of Foreign Exchange
(also known as FX) and originates from
currency exchange. Operating in the Forex
market means for example to exchange US
dollars (USD) in Euros (EUR), earning
on the differences of the relative exchange
rates. It is a market that has no physical
locations as the various Stock Markets,
but it is exclusively offered online.
Forex is a market that exchanges very
large volumes, the biggest one among all
and currently, the average turnover worldwide
is 3 billion USD. In order to operate
in Forex, which was once exclusively destined
to large investors, you need the help
of a broker (or online trading firm inside
Forex) or a bank. You can start investing
immediately in Forex, by opening an account
and making a deposit, also through credit
card or paypal. Thanks to the "leverage"
phenomenon, it will also be possible to
move much more consistent capitals compared
to the one that we actually deposited
at the broker. For example, operating
with leverage 1:400, it will be possible
to dispose of a capital 400 times greater
than ours. With a capital of 1,000 Euro
deposited on our Forex account, we will
actually dispose of 1,000 x 400 = 400,000
Euros for transactions.
